1. What the app is

SSH Manager Pro is an SSH client for Android. It connects to servers you already control or are authorised to access. It does not provide servers, hosting, or any remote infrastructure of its own.

2. Your responsibilities

By using the app you agree that:

• You will only connect to systems you own or have explicit authorisation to access.
• You are responsible for commands you execute and their consequences. Commands run with the privileges of the account you connect as and can destroy data.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your PIN, biometric access to your device, SSH keys, and your cloud backup master passphrase.
• You will not use the app for unauthorised access to systems, or for any unlawful purpose.

3. The AI Copilot is advisory only

Suggested commands are generated automatically, either by an on-device rule engine or, if you configure an API key, by a third-party language model. Suggestions can be wrong, out of date, or destructive. You are shown each command before it runs and you decide whether to execute it. Review commands before running them, particularly on production systems. We are not responsible for the outcome of a command you chose to run.

4. Backups

Cloud backup is encrypted on your device with a passphrase only you hold. We cannot recover it. If you lose that passphrase, the backup cannot be decrypted by anyone, including us. Keep independent copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

5. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through Google Play and renewing automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel it in the Google Play Store at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will suit any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for data loss, for service outages, or for damage arising from commands executed through the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published at this URL. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
